“We enjoyed working with Dom (owner) and his contractor. Dom worked with us closely to accommodate our needs and make the changes we asked for. I was very happy with his honesty, genuine approach, clear explanations, customer service and professionalism. The one concern I had was that I asked for the contractor to cut outside but they said they had to cut the laminate flooring inside - which was not ideal, but understandable in order to complete the entire job in one day. As promised, everything was done in one day and the floors are beautiful! Fresh and modern feel. I guess some hiccups are inevitable but I paid attention to how Dom took accountability, understood our concerns and worked to resolve it in a timely manner. He is very kind and a pleasure to work with. Good value for the laminate flooring and the job was installed professionally. We will definitely be back for future flooring needs. I recommend Dom and his team. Thank you.”
